New pup, asleep on the ice.  Amazing this sack of bones can stay warm, but its perfectly at home here.

    The pup was being very cooperative. As it lifts its front flipper, I imagine it saying "do you like my belly-button" or "please scratch my belly". Any skuas around yet?

    Funny you should ask...the first skua was on the date of this blog post!! I've seen two so far.
